About Bunyan Earthmoving
John Bunyan has been involved in the earthmoving industry for over 40 years, through which he has gained valuable experience in all facets of the industry. John has earned a strong reputation for offering high quality earthmoving services in the agricultural, civil and mining sectors.
John started over 42 years ago in the industry with Coaker Earthmoving and stayed on to manage the operation for 15 years. He loves caterpillar machines, and has always been mechanically minded.
The natural progression was to start his own business and in 2008, he went on to buy his own earthmoving equipment. Fast forward to today, the business has an ever growing fleet of equipment including:
- 2 x Caterpillar 623F Elevating Scrapers with Trimble GPS,
- Caterpillar 14M Grader with Trimble GPS,
- Caterpillar 320DL Excavator,
- Caterpillar 140H Grader
- Caterpillar 232 Skid Steer
- Caterpillar 301.7 Mini Excavator
John has long term relationships with previous clients and he is proud of the completed jobs and when he builds something, he builds it forever. John likes to keep up with technology and has installed Trimble GPS in his 623 Scrapers and 14M Grader.
He doesn’t believe in cutting corners and is very fussy about his work and stays back until the job is done. John makes sure it is right on grade and works to spec or above. He will make sure you’ll be happy before he leaves. He’s never left a job without finishing it.
One thing John likes to do is to communicate with the customer to come and do regular inspections along the way. He works well with a team and he is very proud of what he does.
Typical customer feedback is that John puts in 110% effort into his work.
